Did a little blog recon recently and spotted this super hot eye makeup on my old Missbehave coworker, Allison Miller's, blog. She's a stylist and worked with makeup artist Nicole Heffron on this shoot for Joey magazine:
It's an intense look, but I'm feeling the thick, black, three-quarter liner smudged out into a cat-eye. Meow!
