For the Birds

Nature provides a huge helping of inspiration in my life and work. This recent article in the New York Times brings together two loves: India and birds. These killer color combos are so fabulous, they kinda hurt my head! And don't they remind you of Gucci's Fall 2011 collection??

three easy travel pieces

I'm back from an amazing week in Hawaii and wanted to share some of my favorite travel accessories. This suitcase (the correspondent stowaway) from steamline luggage is not only super stylish but wheels make it completely practical. I can't tell you how many compliments I've received carting it around. And after 12+ flights it still looks brand new.

I picked up a woven original panama hat on a recent trip to Mexico. Love how dapper it looks but especially that you can roll it up and throw it in your suitcase.

And my favorite scarf is indispensable for going out at night to restaurants that blast the AC, but is big enough to also makes a genius beach cover-up when wrapped around like a towel.

Omar Rodriguez-Graham Horses

What's the deal with girls and horses? Don't ask me, I still haven't out grown my fascination with the gentle beasts, and it seems like I'm not the only one. Artist Omar Rodriguez-Graham's recent solo exhibition “Variaciones Sobre un Tema” at the ArrĂ³niz Arte ContemporĂ¡neo in Mexico City captures stunning and nearly life sized oil paintings of horses. Maybe this is how I can finally have a horse in this city!

Material Girl

I recently picked up a very beautiful magazine, Material Girl My Luxury Diary. Full of fanciful images, it’s a reminder of what magazines were and can still be….

Pure Inspiration.
