Silent Sundays

..."our clothes are meant for day-trips, simple adventures, and lazy Sundays."  

The online store Silent Sundays went live this week and it's concept is this: "timeless vintage pieces, romantic dresses, hard-to-find clothing from favorite international lines, all carefully curated and wrapped up in dreamy photography and simple styling." Sounds perfect to me.  Plus they have a beautiful lookbook!

California Dreaming

I so apologize for not posting on Tuesday. My memory lapsed due to an intense work trip out west. Even though the work was tough, nothing beats the sunshine and gorgeous light in California. Photographer Jake Stangel's project California Wandering makes me want to pack up and get the heck out of dodge. Who's with me?

Think Pink?

Ok, so I'm not really a Taylor Swift fan, but I was definitely impressed that she--or, at least her makeup artist--pushed the boundaries a bit and went for an all-pink makeup look for this week's Billboard Awards (which I didn't even watch. ha). After a strong showing on the spring runways, now that the hue is showing up on celebs, I'm wondering if vivid pink is the new statement-making summer shade...
