This past March I met the designer and founder of NCLA nail wraps and nail lacquers. I am officially obsessed. As a notorious nail polish smudger, (I can't sit still long enough for them to dry!) I am a huge fan of their no fail, smudge-proof stick on wraps that come in a myriad of colors and patterns.
