i just started reading karen kozlowski's new blog, kkisthenewblack. she recently left real simple where she was the fashion editor for 7 years. we have a lot of similar likes- photographer husbands, isabel marant and j. crew to name a few. but what i really love is how she breaks down the outfits of her fashionable friends. for example, this recent post featured a mom friend named victoria and a typical outfit:
the effortless blend of casual, comfortable, and sophistication makes this an outfit i could easily wear from preschool drop-off to photo shoot. i'll definitely be tuning in for more!
