Once a week throughout this year, NPR is producing a series called 50 Great Voices, which features well-known and niche-known great singers from around the world. While there are some familiar-sounding pipes in the shows aired thus far–people like Biggie Smalls, Janis Joplin, and Roy Orbinson–there are many artists that I have never heard before but can't wait to listen to and learn about. To me, nothing is more inspiring than music. Take a listen to some of my favorites so far:
