the little house

I can't wait to visit the new shop The Little House located on Sullivan Street in Soho. Created by a colleague (the amazing producer Michael Cataposto from Atlas Productions), his wife Savania Davies-Keiller (designer of DDC labs), and their partner Joel Alexander Morales it is small and local and anti mass-retail at it's best.

I found mine!

Tomorrow I pick up my newly adopted dog (I say this calmly, but I'm absolutely bursting and melting inside).  And being the stylist I am, one of my first concerns is of course how to accessorize it! Luckily my friend Bethany has made this a no-brainer.

Bethany and her business partner started Found My Animal, a Brooklyn based dog leash and accessory company under the premise that all of the products are hand crafted, made in America and a percentage of the sales goes towards the Louis Animal Foundation.  The aesthetic is simple and chic and each piece is made to last. 

I'm thinking the natural leash and the orange collar for my new best friend.
